| The Annual General Meeting of the EAC is the highest authority of the Council. All the members are represented in the EAC. It takes place once a year. The AGM elects a Chairman, a 1st Vice-Chairman, a 2nd Vice-Chairman and an Executive Committee. The serving period is two years. |
